London Performing Arts Residential

Following the success of our 2018 residential, I am writing to you with details of our residential for 2019. This year the residential will be for four nights to include a number of shows, including The Lion King as well as a Ballet or Opera and an Orchestral concert which will be announced when the Seasons are released by LSO and the Royal Opera House.
We will be staying at YHA St Paul’s again as this offers a quiet location in central London within easy walking distance of the West End. The cost of the trip also includes all meals and lunches.
The Trip is running for an extra day this year to enable use to see an additional performance, as well as being able to take part in some theatre workshops. The itinerary of the trip is as follows: –
Depart school at 7am, travel to London and there will be a matinee Performance and an evening performance of The Lion King.
Theatre workshops during the day and an evening performance at the Royal Opera House which will be confirmed when they release their 2019-20 Programme.
Sightseeing tour in the morning followed by a matinee performance of ‘Fame’ Which celebrates its 30th year this year. There will then be a final performance at either the Southbank or Barbican featuring one of London’s Orchestras.
Free time and return travel to Liverpool. Students will need to be collected from Liverpool Lime Street
This trip is open to students from years 8 – 12 and places are strictly limited to 40 students on a first come first served basis. The price, inclusive of all meals, travel, and theatre tickets is £375 per person.
